A classic bait and switch by Loretta to follow up a seemingly genuine positive complement with a hurtful punchline. I think Leroy got off a little bit easier in this round. Loretta should have added a bit more punch with something to the degree of "...oh wait, that's not your cologne, it's your usual personal stench of failure".
