Clockwise from the bottom left:
- It is never a good situation when the words "Leroy" and "underwear" appear in the same sentence. Loretta puts in some extra snooping work to ring out an insult about Leroy's poor golfing skills long after he returned from hitting the links. I bet Leroy thought he dodged a bullet when Loretta wasn't around to see him struggle in the sand traps. He should know already that few things ever get by the always vigilant Loretta. Combine that with Leroy's supremely lazy attitude and it's no wonder she had dominated him all these years. Loretta gets the point and goes up 1-0.
- Even the Lockhorns are fans of the biggest show on cable (though that odd title screen may indicate a different "The Walking Dread" program). Loretta's zinger about Leroy's early morning appearance is pretty weak, but it's still enough to give the panel to her. I'm sure Loretta looks half dead as well when getting up in the morning; really it's the worst most of us will look all day. Not quite the devastating personal burn on Leroy I was expecting but Loretta still banks a point and now leads 2-0.
- Whether intentionally or unintentionally, every meal Leroy gets prepared by Loretta may end up being his last. The man seems to have no problems with such a dangerous lifestyle. Of course to him death would be a sweet and wonderful release from the never ending torture of his marriage. I think Loretta knows that and always manages to have her meals be dangerously sickening but just shy of fatal. Leroy scores a point and now trails Loretta 2-1.
- Loretta comes off extra cruel here. This isn't just some embarrassing slip or a comically clumsy accident; Leroy looks to be severely injured and hanging on to dear life as Loretta continues to laugh at how he got there. In addition, there were apparently other witnesses to Leroy's horrific accident that also shared Loretta's amusement at Leroy's pain. It's kind of like a reverse "It's a Wonderful Life" where Leroy is surprised at the outpouring of hatred towards him from everyone he knows. Loretta chalks up another point and locks up another Sunday with a 3-1 lead going into the final panel.
- Wouldn't a stamping system be more useful when someone is being given permission to enter a location and that person needs to be identified? How is Loretta stamping Leroy going to prevent him from getting into other bars and clubs to ogle the local bimbos? I suppose the stamp could just be a routine that Loretta uses to give permission for Leroy to leave, but I can't see it being all that useful. However the whole system was useful enough for Loretta to humiliate Leroy in front of company and score her an extra bonus point as she takes the day 4-1.
