Clockwise from the bottom left:
- Loretta's statement about braille and body language feels vaguely offensive towards the blind. Her comment is also sort of unnecessary. Clearly Leroy does not need a refresher to know what reading body language means, all he ever does this is stare at other women's bodies. Still, I suppose she is calling him out on his wandering eye and that is marginally enough of a reason to give her the points here, but I for one am not all that impressed. Loretta starts things off with a score, leads 1-0.
- Now that I think about it, is there such a thing as a bad tradition? I guess something like bride napping could be considered a generally bad tradition. So Loretta's comment about changing your perspective about a bad habit doesn't quite work. Additionally, of all the bad habits that Leroy has, is knuckle cracking the one that Loretta wants to single out? However, once again like the the previous panel, her weak reasoning is still enough to win her the panel. Loretta gets the point and takes a 2-0 lead.
- This is likely no exaggeration by Leroy, there was a legitimate chance that Loretta would have cooked a dinner containing asbestos. Whether the asbestos would have been added intentionally or just through total neglect is not clear. Still, this surprising reduction in carcinogens in the meal probably elevates this dinner to top tier status in her personal best meals list. Leroy gets the point but trails Loretta 2-1.
- Much like Leroy, I am not much of a fan of operas so I would venture a blind guess that they're watching "Carmen"? I think someone gets murdered at the end of that. The theater has subtly become a positive location for Leroy. While it's no dinner table, Leroy has had a high degree of success being bored in the balcony. I wonder why Loretta keeps opening herself up to such liability by bringing him there. I suppose she'll do nearly anything to make Leroy miserable. Leroy gets the point and ties things up 2-2.
- If only Leroy were here, this would have been a solid burn on him; plus it would have sealed up another Sunday Showdown for Loretta. Alas, the presence rule applies. Only someone as incompetent with technology as Leroy could install a flat screen wall TV upside down and cause it to display only in white and black lines. It can almost be counted as a point for Leroy if he intended to ruin Loretta and her friends' TV watching time by intentionally screwing things up. It's a push and the day ends in a tie 2-2.
Official Count:
Leroy - 38
